We have several varieties of Kumquats. There is approximately 3 lbs of fruit in each unit ordered.
Nagami is a small oval shaped fruit with a thick rind, fairly juicy and is considered to be slightly tart.
Changshouis larger and slightly different in shape at about one and one-half inches long, oval with a depressed apex. The rind is orange and thinner than Nagami or Meiwa. The flesh is orange, acidic, and contains a few seeds. It is considered a sweet kumquat.
Meiwa is the best kumquat for eating fresh. The fruit is slightly oval to round; rind smooth, orange, very thick and sweet but not juicy.
